3D web-based cognitive training game
NeuroSphere is a browser-based 3D game focused on training reaction time, logic, memory, and spatial awareness. The application runs entirely in the browser using WebGL and provides an interactive, performance-oriented gaming experience without requiring installation.
Tech stack
The project consists of three distinct game modes, each designed to train different cognitive skills. Players create profiles, play individual games, and compete based on their accumulated scores stored on a backend server.
The frontend is built with React and Vite, using @react-three/fiber and @react-three/drei for rendering interactive 3D scenes and game logic directly in the browser.
The backend is built with Express.js and handles player management, score persistence, and rankings. Player profiles and results are stored in a PostgreSQL database using Prisma ORM, exposed via a REST API consumed by the client.
The application is deployed on Vercel, enabling fast global delivery and easy iteration during development.
